Helping yourself is a step in the right direction.

I've owned this book for over a year now and it is seldom an arm's length away. I use it mostly for the recipes to get my family used to eating home storage foods though I'm constantly perusing the other sections as well and putting them into use whenever I can. It provides practical advice and security in an everchanging world. I would highly recommend this book to any family who believes in living with providence in mind.
