Excellent Cookbook

I love this cookbook. It's huge! I has tons of wonderful and delicious recipes. It's also a very attractive book and would make a wonderful gift. I use this cookbook regularly.

Don't cook with it!

This book is great for the new cook as well as the experienced. I found it to have many basic recipes as well as involved recipes. The variety was incredible. Something as basic as Bechamel Sauce to a recipe for Gnocchi. Every kitchen & cook needs this book .
