Amazing!

It's beautifully written and speaks to my soul. While reading the first 8 chapters, I was suddenly filled with a feeling of gratitude for having decided to read it. No one has ever explained the act of love on so many levels to me. The explanations of oneness from a quantum level, to physical bodies is amazing. It was presented to me at a perfect time when my marriage was at a pivotal point. After reading this book, my eyes were opened, my heart was opened and my spirit was lifted. The union between me and my husband was strenthened and suddenly more beautiful than it had been for years. This isn't about putting "spice" back into your marriage, or playing silly games. This is about connecting spiritually. The ability is inherent in all of us, lying dormant, waiting to be engaged. I highly recommend this book.

This had so many wonderful reviews that I thought I would try it out. I have to agree that this is one of the best books on the market if you are looking for a tasteful way to spice up your sex life. It is short and simple, but has relevant and useful information with all the unneccessary mumbo jumbo deleted. The author has a great simple writing style and it is wonderfully illustrated with easy to follow instructions. This makes the topic of tantric sex sound approachable and fun, and easy to do without making it sound exotic and difficult. Everyone could benefit from this book, even skeptics that think that tantra is some Eastern exotic discipline will find this book demystifies the subject and makes the wisdom of the topic accessible to all. I read through this book, and then used the techniques to spice up my bedroom life and marriage, and then shared it with my girlfriends so that they could also benefit from it with their partners. It is so tastefully presented that it can be shared and discussed with others.

Well Presented Wisdom

This is a fine book, well presented with wisdom, heart, and in a tasteful manner. There is a lot to learn in this book, especially about the heart connection and HOW to share this in order to share in a most sacred union. Mabel's wisdom draws on Eastern philosophies as well as spiritual aspects of love, which, when read, can help anyone who wants to understand more about how to make love beyond just empty sex. And for anyone who would like to learn a lot more! She shares great wisdom for bringing lovemaking up several notches to help anyone who wants to feel passion and bliss, both inside as well as outside the bedroom in their relationship. Well presented, and would make a great gift for anyone who wants to enjoy a great love/sex life. Worth the Money

The author has done a truly terrific job with this book. The largest factor that I find this book so wonderful is that the pictures are done through drawings and not photographs like most other sexuality authors use today. Mabel really gets into some of the topics that plague singles and couples on a daily basis and helps sort out simple, yet complex ways of solving those problems. Mabel is obviously well educated and you can feel it through her writing.
