A beautiful book

One of my favorite spiritual books. If you want to know what L Ron Hubbard was really about, this is a great book to get. It is beautiful.

I was just curious about scientology

I'm the kind of person who takes from different religions, theories, and just think we all are trying to be the best people that we can be. So, I grabbed this book for the basics of Scientology...it is a great book. Non-religious and gave me just another tweek on how life can be looked at. Sometimes I think, "Gosh, I wish life came with instructions." I get lost sometimes, this will be a book that I will reach for and read to remember and realign. I highly recommend it.

This book is GENUINE help in a difficult world.

I first read NEW SLANT ON LIFE in 1978. It pulled me out of the messes I had created, and it gave me the ability to change my life forever. A lot of people and things have told us they would help, and they were not true, or they were not effective, and we felt disappointed or even betrayed. NEW SLANT ON LIFE is true. More Truth than Tomes of Philosophy

I found this book refreshingly simple and applicable to everyday life. Since reading and incorporating "The Two Rules To Happy Living" in my life, I have found it much easier to handle difficult situations! Another chapter I found particularly useful was "How to Live With Children." Following the advice given there, even when it seemed different from the "accepted norm," has produced very good results. Although the intellectual exercise of understanding the great philosophers of the past can be interesting, I found more truth in the straightforward approach to life covered in this book. I want to read everything I can find by this author

Wow, can life really be this simple?

Never before have a read a book that had so much information I could immediately put to use in my life handling things I'd wanted to get handled for some time. Written in short, understandable chapters on a variety of subjects, this book was one of the best investments I ever made
