Little Grand-daughter just loves Once Upon a Potty

My daughter is having a hard time potty training the 2 year old. The two year old just loves this book and CD. Every time they returned it to the library, she would cry. So I had to buy it for her to own. She'll sit with it and pretend she's reading it and talk to the little girl in the book. Keeping my fingers crossed that she'll be completely potty trained soon. It really is a cute book.

Father of Twin Toddlers

This book was recommended to me by the manager of the day care where my twin 2 1/2 year old girls go to school. We are just getting started in the process of introducing them to potty training - trying to get the interest up. This has quickly become one of their favorite bedtime reads. I, too, would now recommend this to the parents of twins as a great book to get little girls interested in using the potty. At this age, my daughters are tightly bound to Mom; the story line links the little girl to her Mom, striking a cord with my girls and making the message more easy to relate to.

Potty guide for Toddlers...

Simply put, before this book we had difficulty potty training my 2.5 year old daughter. After a few reading of this book, we had a potty breakthrough! My daughter become more comfortable about the potty and all the bodily function associated with it. Knowledge is power, even for a 2 year old. They have to know what's what on their body and what goes where. This book is extemely helpful in broaching those subject with your toddlers. If you think this book is too explicit, then God help you when it comes time to talk about sex when your kids get older.

My son was three and still didn't want to use the potty. He tried it from time to time but always wanted his diaper back on. Just when I thought all hope was lost I checked this video out from my local library. He loved this video and it didn't hurt that his name was Joshua too just like the little boy in the video. He watched this video three times a day for two weeks and then voila ... it just happened. I couldn't have done it without this video. It's a must for any parent and child. If only we had gotten it sooner!

Once Upon A Potty for Him

Having twins boys, everything was a challenge. Potty training being no exception. After trying for what seemed like forever and the twins being three years old, I was ready to give up. I purchased this video as a last resort, played it and in no time at all I had successfully potty trained my twins. I used this tape with my next child and had successfully potty trained him before the age of two!! I didn't need to push my children to learn, it just came naturally, with them wanting to mimic the video. It is a cute tape with such a catchy song,(which we sang all over town) that my children continued to watch it even after they had mastered Potty Training! There is also a parent section that has some great information and reasuring words of encouragement.I will definetly be using this tape on the grandkids!! Bring them on.....
