Lifetime Classic

Mog the Forgetful Cat is one of my MOST favorite childhood books. I read it to my Children now and they love it just as much. I understand now why I have been always drawn to cats that look like Mog because she was imprinted so young in my memory as such a fun character. This book has beautiful illustrations and my hardcover copy has lasted since the 1980s. I recommend ALL ages read it and see the pleasure in such a heartwarming story and look at all the very realistic expressions Mog shows to emphasise the storyline. Try reading Mog and the Baby as well I just received today from this site and am extremely pleased with that book too. Had I known BEFORE this was a full series I would have been collecting previously...never to late though...

WE REALLY ENJOY THIS BOOK. I AGREE W/ THE LAST REVIEWER, "DRAT THAT CAT" SOUNDS BETTER, SO WE SAY THAT INSTEAD OF "BOTHER THAT CAT". ANOTHER GREAT BOOK BY KERR IS 'THE TIGER WHO CAME TO TEA'.

A wonderful book! I read it as a child and still pleased each time I think about it. Great story and illustrations. I'm going to get 3 copies if I can, one each for my niece and nephew, and of course, one for me!!

Cutest little line of books I've ever read!

Mog is a very cute little cat that always gets into trouble and somehow saves the day, accidentally, and gets a reward, this is the perfect book for a baby or toddler. I was read this book 13 years ago when I was a little kid. I love this book.

A funny & loving story about a cat and her family.

I had this book when I was a child, and it was my favorite. It's a funny story about a big cat trying to be part of the family, but who always seems to be in the way. Until she saves the day and is given a medal. Then everyone wants to be around her.
