A good story line & hated to see it end

It was tough to get through the first chapter as the unusual names were difficult for me to follow. However, I truly enjoyed the book and wish McMurtry had taken the story on with follow-up books on the Berrybender series. If you enjoy books about the early development of this Great Country --- I truly believe you will enjoy this book.
