Came in in great condition, very happy with it, no marks, or folded pages, appeared to be brand new.

No Access Code!!!

I bought this book at my local textbook store: new, shrink-wrapped, book + 5-cd set, and still didn't receive the access code! AAAAAAAAGGGHHHH! This is so frustrating. Thanks for listening, people. I've emailed Pearson and am hoping not to have to pay the extra $45 on top of the $106 I've already spent. We'll see.....

Awesome resource

This book has a huge amount of information in it. The only bad thing is it DOES NOT come with the online resource disk. The disk includes access to the e-book and all of the tracks listed within each chapter. By itself the disk is around $40-$50.
