This is one of the best books on the market. I wish I could give the author more than 5 stars!

Good Study Tool

If you are having trouble with your study, then this book is a great tool to use to prepare you for taking the real estate exam.

Excellent

I passed the salesperson test exam (general questions) after studying through this book! For the state law part I recommend studying through more specific books for your state. 100% of the questions on the general part of my exam were covered in this book. Great buy!

The Best Tutor I've Found!

Extremely useful for learning the information needed to pass the real estate salesperson exam. Up to date and accurate text. Well written, user-friendly style. Questions and answers at the end of each chapter add to undertsanding and confidence. Outstanding glossary, great practice exams. All 5 stars are well deserved. Highly recommended.

PASSED BROKER'S W/88%(LAW) AND 83%(GENERAL)1st time

One example of this book's superiority is its section on mortgages, financing residential properties, and on possible forms of ownership. I have been in the real estate industry in one capacity or another since the early 70's and this is the best book presentation I've seen. It is concise, easily understood, but contains a lot of information. My only frustration with the book was that as it was not state specific, I had to rely on a local publication for that which was full of errors and inadequacies so I had to constantly also go to my law dictionary and business law book and text books from my paralegal courses to refresh my memory on details specific to my state. Granted, I may not be 'usual' as I am also a paralegal etc. but on the other hand, I only reviewed for parts of 2 1/2 days, so was relatively satisfied with my exam scores.
