L. Ron Hubbard was a science fiction writer who decided to start a cult. This book is the basis of Scientology. Do not buy it to read to take seriously. Scientologists do not trust trained mental health experts, yet seek to replace them. But their practices are highly abusive. Please stay far away from anything having to do with this author. Just because Tom Cruise and John Travolta are a part of it does not mean it’s not evil. Celebrities get different treatment than the regular cult members.
