Great Classic Book

Tom Colvin is one of a kind and this book was written some time ago but still provides information on some valuable practical experience.

Cruising As a Way of Life review

This is a practical and wide ranging book on the subject of cruising and living aboard by an unusually experienced and intelligent man who lived on the water with his family for 16 years. It addresses a number of topics I've not found addressed elsewhere. Like all of Colvin's books, it's non-conformist and straightforward. I recommend it.
