Received Book at my doorstep. Which was great. But on opening. Was disappointed right away. It had been in some kind of dampness. All pages were stuck to gather. the hard cover was torn at the top. it was advertised as new cond. it was also dirty. and had small bugs inside. mites. I was able to separate each page one by One. Only one torn. It was to be a gift. But I could not give anyone such a book as a gift. I ordered 10 books have received 8 so far. The other books were as described by seller. So far only this book was damaged and not as described. The book itself is great! Vary quick hardy meals in a short time. and a nice change from fast food. a small salad and desert can make a great lunch for Kids to. The deserts are warm and yummy. invite their friends to stay for lunch by doubling the recipe. quick easy, best of all good homemade food. unheard of in today's world. So many Choices, Betty Crocker has always been the best. When it comes to family meals. a good book for newlyweds as well. It makes great bag lunches. Just heat in microwave. At work. or potluck. or a snack watching TV. one pie plate to wash. make the night before. not to mentions the fruit pies. That is why I bought this book. as a gift. anyone can cook from this book. Anyone.

Excellent pies

Everyone should have this little book sitting on their kitchen counter along with a box of Bisquick. I have tried about 10 of the recipes and have made some of them over and over. They are all simple to do and so far everyone of them is simply yummy! My husband can be a picky eater and he loves all of the recipes I have tried out of this great cook book from main meals to deserts. Do yourself a favor and get this book ASAP. Great, Easy, Portable , and Fast. to make and eat.

Ok, I can't really cook, and I really don't have time to try either. I've been looking for years for a cookbook with brain dead recipes that is cheap, easy to make, and most important to me, easy to carry. I'm a very busy person and needs to muti-task between work and school. I heard about Bisquick for years but never used it. I bought this book, sight unseen, because I thought it sounded too good to be true on how easy it is, that I would just give it a shot. This is the best book I ever got for realist recipes that I can make. I baked the Cheeseburger Pie, while I was cleaning my apt and doing homework. 25 mins in the oven, it came out great. With the leftovers, I reheated it in the microwave and it came out good. This is a great book to give to somebody who can't or has very limited skills cooking or a college student, who has access to a oven or a toaster oven that can bake. If you want to make it a gift theme, give them the book, a pie pan, and a box of Bisquick. I can not wait till have I the chance to try out the other recipes but the best thing is that each recipe comes with a calorie count for each slice.

Great Little Cookbook

I've clipped & saved Impossible Pie recipes for years. When a friend bought the compiled Book and made one for a luncheon, I just had to find one. Finally did and I'm thrilled to have all the Impossible Pie recipes in one book! Two other friends and I formed a weight-loss support group so the nutritional break-down following each recipe is an absolute necessity for us. We all have a copy now and love it. For anyone who likes simple to make one dish meals or desserts, this book is a real bonus. Thanks Better Crocker Bisquick for putting them all in one book.

No more digging through recipe files after buying this book

If you are like me, and you collect Bisquick recipes, it's so nice to have a nice selection of Impossible or Impossibly Easy pie recipes at your fingertips. My only wish is the book was published in a larger format. The tome is small in stature, and can be easily lost, especially among my 1,000+ cookbooks.
