SUCH A WONDERFUL CHANGE FROM ALL THE USUAL BED HOPING

The characters are really neat. If I am not mistaken - the romances are loosely based on her own romance and experience. An English girl who meets an ignamatic doctor from Holland. You never get a lot of emotion from the very masculine character until the end when he reveals how he feels. The young lady usually needs a job that he convinces her to take and they fall in love. Sir Colin Crichton is established in his profession and has had no time to fall in love. Something about Eustacia attracts his attention. She is in need of a well paying job because she has her grandfather to look after. To these people, family means everything. Sir Colin is taking care of his brother's children. Two young boys, ages 8 and 10 [I think] who are feeling under the weather. Well, needless to say, the boys lose their parents in an accident, so Sir Colin needs Eustacia to look after the boys longer than he thought. He, very subtly convinces her to marry him - a marriage of convenience. After the marriage a former lady friend of Sir Colin's shows up [generally the nasty type] causing a bit of trouble. But of course, Eustacia has already fallen in love with her husband and her grandfather really like Colin's country home and he gets along very well with the boys and Colin's mother [who very much approves of Eustacia]. Oliver and Teddy caused bit of a rucas which drew Sir Colin and Eustacia closer together. And bonded all four of them into a family. A really wonderful story with no shame in it - beautiful characters - wonderful read that is delightfully entertaining. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED
