Description not accurate

Was labeled "Good" condition. However, cover is missing and it's really dirty on the back.

Can't wait to read!!!!

I've been waiting for getting a copy for awhile. Thought the TV series was interesting and it definitely helped influence me to get the book. The only problem I had was the book was listed as "good" but probably should have been listed as acceptable, due to wear on the book's side and lots of wavey pages due to getting wet. It was pretty obvious. But I'll be okay to read it otherwise!

This is, hands down, one of the very best books I have ever read. Ever!!

I feel a new fandom coming on!

I honestly have said that I couldn’t put a book down so few times in my life. This book was so freaking good I could not put it down. I felt like my eyes were going to fall out for ready for so many hours straight. I am a huge Potter fan, so this genre is 100% my thing. I love that the characters are adults and that there was queer representation! Character development is critical to me, and I think she did a great job. She wrote a logical and steady progression for relationship ships and events. I can’t wait to start the next one.

Great read

I couldn’t put the book down and was quite upset with how fast I read it! I loved the characters and that the romance didn’t over power the plot.

Fantastic book!

I was so glad to delve into this and read it much quicker than I do many books. Excellent descriptive writing, definitely allows for escaping from the everyday world.

A Discovery of Witches

I didnt know for you sure if I would like this book or not, but it ended up being a book I could not put down from page 1 to the end it kept me reading and wanting more. This book is about witches and vampires and illegal love affairs and it's great!

Great book...great trilogy!!

I’m a huge fan of paranormal romance and I wasn’t really sure about this one but my fiancée convinced me to try it and I have to say that he was 100% correct! I would recommend it to anyone. The first book is less romance than paranormal but even that was ok. I couldn’t put it down! In less than a week I had bought the entire trilogy and finished reading them. My only complaint is that I want MORE!!

Magical and captivating

A fantastic book, "A Discovery of Witches" follows Diana Bishop as she discovers herself and a world of magic and creatures that she has hidden herself from for many years. But Diana belongs to that world and it's going to get her attention, by force if needed. An adventuresome historical novel with a heap of fantasy and a dash of romance, you'll want to start this series of 3.

Great series

It was a great series. It was a little slow at times but all in all I really enjoyed it. I really enjoyed all the surprises and twists it offered.

Great Read

I loved this book. Classic 'star-crossed' love story. Love that the author is a historian, she definitely puts historical elements into the story.

Unreadable.

I started off liking this book. It started off with an interesting premise but now I am halfway through and nothing is happening. The writer just dwells on the most boring minutia such as every bite of food eaten, what pair of pants the main character chooses, every sip of wine and tea, it just goes on and on. I decided to put an end to my suffering when putting on a pair of boots took the majority of a page. Nothing is happening! Very Twilightesque, but not as interesting. At least I was able to force myself to finish Twilight. Life is too short to care about Diana taking yet another nap.
