One of my favorite cookbooks, and I own many!

I received this cookbook as a gift, and i must say It's one of my favorites. Very detailed with step-by-step recipes, with full nutrition information. Great if you're new to the kitchen or experienced cook. This book is a must buy. Not a very kid recipe friendly cookbook, not the best for families.
