This book really helped me to think through why and how I would have children in my life. There are plenty of exercises to get your thoughts flowing. An interesting addition to this book is the consideration of women that choose not to have children.

This book was a great guide for my partner and I as we make important decisions about having a child. You will find tons of priceless information along with thought provoking exercises throughout each chapter. The author encourages readers to read the book out of order as it pertains to your individual process, however, we found that once we started reading we went from the first page through to the last. I highly recommend this book for anyone considering all of the options of lesbian motherhood and also for anyone who loves a woman in this phase of her life.
