THIS BOOK PROVIDES A VERY DETAILED OUTLINE OF WHAT THE METABOLIC SYNDROME IS AND EXACTLY HOW IT WREAKS HAVOC ON YOUR HEALTH, IT HAS A VERY CLEAR SCIENTIFIC EXPLANATION ON THE METABOLIC PROCESSES OF INSULIN AND ITS REACTION WITH OTHER HORMONES, BASED PRIMARILY ON WHAT YOU EAT. THE PROGRAM OUTLINES A PLAN OF SUPPLEMENTS, EXERCISE, AND DIET. I HAVE BEEN ON THE PROGRAM A LITTLE OVER A WEEK AND MY BLOOD SUGARS HAVE DROPPED SO MUCH THAT I HAD TO REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF MEDICATION I WAS TAKING.
