  Great!

This book is great. I had to read it for a review, but ended up falling in love with it. You won't believe how many people have disgusting habits. Everyone should read the book!!! Its great.

Habistus Disgustica: FOR ALL WHO NEED TO READ IT

Excellent book. For all those folks who needed a subtle but direct way of notifying someone of their pesky habits, this is the book for you! There was also a plethora of trivia knowledge about where our habits come from and plenty of references that accompany the claims!

  "Bank of Bad Habits"

Sorry, but I couldn't resist using the title of a Jimmy Buffett song for the beginning of this review, even though it has absolutely nothing to do with the subject of the book. It's clever, concise and well-written, and covers most of what we would consider "bad" habits or manners. There are illustrations, and little sidebars with additional information. The matters discussed run from yawning to nose picking, and almost everything in between. Some of the subjects appear to be a bit far-fetched, but I clearly remember that when I was in college, lighting farts was a big source of entertainment. Of course, we never realized how dangerous it was; it just semed like something fun to do at the time. I told this to my wife and older daughter yesterday, and their reaction was "Euuuugh!!!". Oh well, at least college in the '60s wasn't all picket lines ans placards, and marches for everything under the sun.
