  great book

(I'm not actually a kid; I just didn't think my dad wanted his name printed. I took the test last (school) year-2006.) I read over every chapter of this book, made flashcards of everything that was important, and bascially memorized those-why I got a 5 (besides the ton of studying). Almost everything in the book was on the test, and almost everything on the test was in the book. Even if the book doesn't cover everything, this is a great book because of its conciseness, and if it doesn't cover it, it's probably not worth your time to learn it for one question or two.

  THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my second Princeton Review AP study book, and it is just as helpful, if not more because I am not really strong in Chemistry. It has two real AP tests included and great explanations on the answers. It is well worth the money and is good just as a review of chem!

Best AP Chem review book available!

I owned or perused several different review books for the AP Chemistry Exam, but this was certainly the best. I've never seen an AP book as perfectly on-target as this one. Certain books (like Barron's AP Chem) contain too much information where it actually impedes your preparation, whereas others contain too little (which Princeton Review sometimes tends to do). But this book gets the combination just right. It reviews ALL of the necessary facts and concepts you need to know, and excludes everything you don't need to know. Trust me when I say that this book is on the money. And oh, I got a 5.

This book = key to getting a 5 on the AP test

I am very pleased with this book. Although there are a few typos, it gets the point out very effectively. I used it to do ALL of my studying for the AP test (along with actual AP practice tests) and got a 5!!!Just make sure you go through the free response questions in each section, even if u dont do the multiple choice.

  On-Target Material

This book was a great supplement to my preparation for the 2006 AP Chem test. I actually lucked out because the Princeton Review was the only one left out of all the other brands, so I had to buy this book. I had always been a top chemistry student, but it really augmented my comprehension of the subject and provided me with the extra reinforcement necessary to score a 5 on the exam. The book covered all the topics on the AP exam with a strong summary, and the practice tests were helpful. True-the practice questions were somewhat easier then the real exam, but were still useful as a study tool and confidence booster. Most of my success was probably because I reread the textbook, but this book helped create the big picture and focus points. Thanks to the book, I not only aced the AP exam, but also scored a 790 on the SAT II chem test a month later, and helped me win my high school's chem award. I'm not sure if the Princeton Review is as strong in the other AP subjects, but this one is for sure. To my knowledge, this one is the best one out there for AP chem.
