  Useful tool

I gave this book to my 18 year old daughter and she is always reading a different way to relax when things get overwhelming. She has shared some with me and I may even order another copy.
 
  Fun and Eye Opening

When I bought my copy of this book, it was lying haphazardly on a shelf and it was the last copy in store. I started browsing through it and actually sat down in the store for half and hour to read all of the clever, enlightening things the books has to say. This book isn't all about relaxation. It's sections are: Mornings, Dealing with Stress, Positive Change, Mind and Spirit, Body, The Peaceful Home, Work, People, Creativity and Play, and Evenings. Just reading through this book makes me happy. Each little passage will help in some way. I have already recommended it to my friends...even the ones who hate to read!

These are brief nuggets of wisdom, valuable insights, imaginative ideas, suggestions, solutions to common interpersonal problems are amazingly effective and helpful in their common sense, humanity and self-nurturing.

This is an easy-to-pick -up-anytime book . It's a change for the positive in your life when you are exasperated, freaking out, in emotional pain, having interpersonal problems, are frazzled or just want to take your mind to "a good place"-- instantly.

 
  imaginative! even for cynics and skeptics, like me!

This book provides useful ideas and tips on how to relax and how just to take care of yourself better. I was really skeptical at first because I don't like the idea of these types of self-help books, but it is really helpful. Maybe it made me less of a skeptic and cynic. A lot of the ideas are really creative, and it is inspiring in a way that I did not expect. I find myself just flipping through it if I want to put myself in a better place. Plus, the book is a very cute size, with nice quality paper and ink so that you could even put it in your bathroom if you're so busy you don't think you'd read it any other time and it wouldn't have to get mildewy and gross like some other books. it is also great if you have a short attention span because you can flip around the little book and there are so many ideas it's like you find something new every second. This is a wonderful book to carry around with you and read parts of it during the time you spend at the bank line, for your doctor's appointment, waiting for someone to arrive......It's packed with good sugestions on how to relax on an everyday basis with simple ideas that bring you peace and relaxation. The author uses simple language and a nice approach to help the reader.
