  Helpful and useful.

Mainly focused on quantitative analysis, but portraits qualitative analysis as well. It might be used as a guide for any kind of research, not just mass media.

Although it arrived almost two weeks late, I was happy to finally get a book that still looked new and it was used. In great condition from the cover to pages, and no highlighted markings in the text.
