The author helps you understand the significance of Jesus Christ’s great and loving sacrifice for all mankind in the Gethsemane. You learn both the historical context of what happened that night as well as the personal relevance of those events in your life. The book increased my appreciation for what the Savior did for me, growing my desire to follow Him.
