It was ok

It should be called “beginners guide to…” Personally I am many steps ahead, having already applied many of her suggestions and work. I did pull out a couple things I needed to hear, and we are forever doing the work. Definitely a good place to start your journey. But if you already have lots of tools and habits in place and are familiar with the nervous system you don’t need this.
